Chocolate Covered Cookie Dough

Ingredients:
1 container of vegan cookie dough (This is @eatpastry )
1 bag of vegan (dairy-free) chocolate chips
Coarse sugar


Instructions:
1. Scoop tbsp-sized balls of cookie dough onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.

2. Dip each into melted vegan chocolate & sprinkle with coarse sugar.

3. Cover and put in the freezer.

4. Let thaw just a few minutes before serving.

Servings vary.


*It’s important to use vegan cookie dough so there isn’t any raw egg in it.

*If you make your own cookie dough at home be sure to heat the flour first to kill any bacteria. You can do this in a microwave for 1 minute, just make sure it reaches 165 °F (you can check with an instant-read thermometer.)
