Loaded Oatmeal Bowl

Ingredients:
½ cup rolled oats
½-1 cup frozen peaches
¼ cup chopped walnuts
¼ cup dried cranberries
1 tbsp maple syrup
Ceylon cinnamon


Instructions:
1. Boil 1/2 cup of rolled oats in water then put the cooked oats in a bowl.

2. Heat up organic frozen peaches (or frozen berries if you prefer) in a small pan just for a few minutes then add the oatmeal.

3. Top with chopped walnuts, dried cranberries, a tbsp of maple syrup & a sprinkle of Ceylon cinnamon.

Makes 1 serving.
