Sliced Tomatoes with Avocado
Ingredients:
2 tomatoes, sliced
1/2 avocado, sliced
Oregano
Salt & pepper
Balsamic vinegar or glaze
Instructions:
1. Slice tomatoes & avocado then spread on a plate.
2. Sprinkle with oregano, salt & pepper, all to your preferred taste.
3. Drizzle balsamic vinegar or balsamic glaze on top.
4. You can eat as is, throw in a salad, mix with quinoa, or eat with crackers.
Makes 1-2 servings.
