Sun-Dried Tomato Cheesy Pasta

Ingredients:
1 box of pasta of your choice
Avocado oil
1/2 onion, chopped
1 cup mushrooms, chopped
1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1 pkg Miyoko’s Sun-Dried Tomato Garlic Cheese
1/2 cup black olives, chopped
Red pepper flakes (optional)


Instructions:
1. In light oil sauté onions, mushrooms, and sun-dried tomatoes.

2. Add Miyoko’s Creamery Sun-dried Tomato Garlic Creamy Cheese to the pan.

3. Cook until it thins out and becomes more like a sauce.

4. Add cheese sauce mixture to cooked pasta of your choice and top with black olives & red pepper flakes.

Makes about 4-6 servings.
