 #plantlifeproject 1:1 Coaching Program

This personalized coaching program is to get you started on your plant-based journey. I’m going to guide you from where you are now to a place where eating is easy & delicious, healthy habits are on autopilot and thriving on plant foods is your new normal. No counting calories, you’ll eat all the whole plant foods you want! You’ll gain more confidence at the grocery store, lots of go-to meals and snacks, creative ways to veganize while dining out and tips for staying active every day.

The struggle is NOT real, we keep it simple: Over the course of 12 weeks you’ll learn new things, try new foods & recipes, feel better physical & mentally and most importantly, regain a new appreciation for life each day. 

We’re going to look at what you eat and replace the animal products with plant-based options. I’m going to set you up for success with shopping checklists, new foods & simple delicious recipes, weekly check-ins, accountability, helpful reference sheets and multiple strategies to implement so you never feel lost or overwhelmed again.
