Basic Oatmeal Bowl

 
Breakfast Recipes
 

Ingredients:
1/2-3/4 cup rolled oats (cooked) or muesli (cold combo of oats, dried fruit, nuts)
1/2-1 cup unsweetened plant milk (almond, soy, oat)
1/2 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries (or sliced bananas, mango, apples)
1/4 cups nuts or seeds (walnuts, almonds, pistachios, hemp seeds, flax seeds)

Optional toppings:
Granola
Shredded coconut
Dried fruit (raisins, apricots)


Instructions:
1. Prepare cooked oats with plant milk of your choice OR add cold muesli to a bowl and top with plant milk of your choice.

2. Then add fresh or frozen berries or other fruit of your choice to the bowl.

3. Sprinkle in nuts or seeds of your choice and other optional toppings: granola, shredded coconut, dried fruit.

Makes 1 serving.
