Ingredients:
1 baguette, sliced
2-4 tbsp avocado oil
6 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tbsp sea salt & pepper
1 tbsp rosemary (optional)

Instructions:
1. In a bowl mix, avocado oil, salt, pepper, and freshly minced garlic.

2. Cut a baguette into thin slices, about 12, & lay them on a parchment-covered baking sheet.

3. Coat each side of the bread with your seasoned oil mixture. I use a silicone basting brush. (Or you can dip the bread in the bowl if you’d like)

4. Bake at 375 °F for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through. Cook well & let them get crispy.

5. Eat with pasta, soup, salad, or dip in hummus!

*I prefer a sourdough/whole-grain baguette

*As long as they aren’t drenched in oil, they’re healthier versions of store-bought crostini.
