Edamame & Peanut Jicama Wraps

Ingredients:
3 jicama wraps (or you can use romaine lettuce or corn tortillas)
3/4 cups shelled edamame
3/4 cups shredded cabbage
1/2 cup of peanuts
3-6 tbsp. peanut sauce


Instructions:
1. Layout three jicama wraps on a plate.

2. On each wrap, layer about 1 tbsp of peanut sauce first.

3. Add shredded cabbage, then shelled edamame.

4. Top with a sprinkle of peanuts and about 1 tbsp. peanut sauce.

Makes 3 wraps, which can be 1-2 servings.
