Dijon Dressing

 
 

Ingredients:
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp maple syrup
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
Juice of ½ lemon
2 Tbsp filtered water
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon fresh dill
Sprinkle of sea salt

Optional:
¼ teaspoon fresh thyme


Instructions:
1. Add all the ingredients to a mason jar, screw on the lid, and shake.

2. Adjust the seasonings to taste. Add more maple for sweetness, more lemon for acid, or more water to dilute any strong flavors.

Makes ½ cup-about 2 servings.


*Triple recipe to make a larger batch.

*Store in an airtight container/mason jar for up to a week in the refrigerator
