Peanut Sauce

Ingredients:
1/2 cup salted creamy peanut butter
1.5 Tbsp tamari or soy sauce
1.5 Tbsp maple syrup
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
2-3 Tbsp lime juice
1/2-3/4 cup water

Optional:
1/4 tsp ground ginger

Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix together well. Add 1/4 cup of water at a time until it’s to your preferred consistency.

2. Taste and adjust as needed. Adding more maple syrup for sweetness, lime juice for acidity, or tamari for saltiness. If your sauce has become too thin, add more nut butter. If it’s too thick, thin with more water.

3. Perfect for a dip, salad dressing, rice wraps, and noodles.

*Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
