Garlic Aioli

 
 

Ingredients:
2 tbsp vegan mayo
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tbsp white vinegar
Sprinkle of salt & pepper

Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well.

Makes about 2-4 servings.

*You can also add chipotle powder for a kick.

*Add as a sandwich spread or use as a dip for veggies.

*You can keep it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
