Tahini Sauce

 
 

Ingredients:
1/4 cup tahini
1 Tbsp + 1 tsp maple syrup
3 Tbsp warm water
1/8 cup lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp salt

Instructions:
1. Prepare sauce by adding all ingredients to a mixing bowl. Add warm water last, then mix well.

2. Adjust to taste. Add more maple for sweetness, and more lemon for acid. Although, I think it’s good as is.

Makes about 2 servings.


*This sauce is perfect for variety/buddha bowls.

*Double the recipe to make a larger batch for the week.
