Lentil, Bruschetta & Avocado Dip

Ingredients:
2 avocados, chopped
2.5 cups cooked lentils, seasoned
1.5 cups of pre-made bruschetta


Instructions:
1. Gently mix lentils and bruschetta together in a large bowl.

2. Add chopped avocado right before serving so it doesn’t brown.

3. Serve with crackers or pita chips.


*I recommend using Trader Joe’s pre-cooked lentils and bruschetta sauce, they are both flavorful and delicious.

*You can add this to your salads for a boost of delicious protein.
