Simple Garlic Broccoli & Tofu

Ingredients:
1 package of extra-firm tofu. cubed
1 head of broccoli, chopped
1-2 tbsp. avocado oil
3-4 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups brown rice, cooked
Liquid aminos

Optional:
Hot sauce


Instructions:
1. Cut tofu into cubes and broccoli into smaller pieces. Don’t forget the stems are good to eat too.

2. Cook brown rice. Follow directions on the package.

3. Saute cubed tofu and broccoli in light avocado oil and fresh garlic for 5-10 minutes.

4. Add saute to cooked brown rice and top with liquid aminos.

5. For a kick, add some hot sauce too.
