Simple Vegan Tacos

Ingredients:
1 pkg. (1 lb) meatless crumbles
Avocado oil
Sea salt
1 pkg. taco seasoning
6 corn tortillas
1 onion, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1.5 cups shredded vegan cheese
1/2 cup salsa verde
1 cup guacamole


Instructions:
1. Chop onions, tomatoes, and cilantro.

2. Then cook meatless crumbles over medium heat in a pan with a little avocado oil. Add 1/2 package of taco seasoning.

3. Grill corn tortillas then top them with meatless crumbles, chopped onions, tomatoes, cilantro, and shredded vegan cheese of your choice.

4. Top with salsa verde and guacamole. Salt to taste.

Makes about 6 tacos.


*Black beans or mushrooms can be used instead of crumbles.

*Add the rest of the package of taco seasoning for more flavor.

*I love Miyoko’s Creamery or Vio Life shredded cheeses.
