Toasted Avocado Pitas

Ingredients:
1 toasted whole wheat pita
1/2 avocado
1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
Everything seasoning
Red pepper flakes


Instructions:
1. Toast pita pockets (well done makes them crispy)

2. Spread avocado on toasted pita.

3. Add diced tomatoes on top.

4. Sprinkle seasonings and cut into quarters. Easy & delicious!

Makes 1 serving
