Ingredients:
1 watermelon

Optional:
Seltzer
Mint leaves

Instructions:
1. A crispy sweet watermelon is best. So to pick a good one make sure it feels heavy, has a yellow “field spot” & a round shape.

2. Cut watermelon into chunks (make sure you take out the black seeds) and add to a blender.

3. Blend until it’s all liquid, but I recommend tasting first to find your preferred consistency.

4. You can add seltzer to make it a spritz and/or add mint as a garnish.

(I usually just blend and drink it as it is, sometimes over ice.)

Servings vary depending on the size of the watermelon.

*Store extra in mason jars in the fridge.

*Watermelon is about 90% water, which makes it very hydrating and also contains electrolytes like potassium. (A great alternative to Gatorade!)
