Vegan Parmesan Cheese

 
 

Ingredients:
3/4 cup of raw cashews
5 Tbsp of nutritional yeast
1/4 tsp of garlic powder (plus some extra)
3/4 tsp sea salt

Optional:
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp Italian seasoning


Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or a blender.

2. Blend until smooth, you might have to mix it up with a silicone spatula a few times to get the lumps out.

3. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. Maybe a little extra garlic.

4. I like to taste test and re-blend 1 more time if needed.

Makes about 1 cup


*Store in an airtight container for up to a week in the refrigerator.
